Calendar Overview
The Calendar provides a unified view of everything happening in your organization -- services, events, celebrations, and milestones.
Calendar Views
The calendar supports multiple views:
- Monthly -- A traditional month grid showing all events
- Weekly -- A detailed week view with time slots
- List -- A chronological list of upcoming events
What Appears on the Calendar
- Events -- All one-time events you create. See Creating Events.
- Services -- Recurring services on their scheduled days. See Service Management.
- Celebrations -- Member birthdays and anniversaries (pulled automatically from profile data).
- Faith Dates -- If enabled, faith-specific dates like Jewish holidays via the Hebrew Calendar or Islamic observances.
Celebrations
FaithAdmin automatically surfaces upcoming celebrations:
- Birthdays -- Members with birthdays in the current week/month
- Anniversaries -- Wedding anniversaries and membership anniversaries
- Memorials -- Upcoming yahrzeit dates if the Memorials feature is enabled
These appear as a separate section or overlay on the calendar so you can acknowledge them during services.
