School Overview

The School module in FaithAdmin provides a complete education management system for religious schools, Sunday schools, madrasas, yeshivas, and other learning programs run by your organization.

What the School Module Includes

  • Classes -- Create and manage classes with subjects, levels, and capacity limits. See Classes & Enrollment.
  • Students -- Enroll members as students in classes, track their academic progress.
  • Teachers -- Assign teachers to classes and subjects.
  • Assignments -- Create homework, quizzes, tests, and projects. See Assignments & Grading.
  • Lesson Plans -- Build structured lesson plans with objectives and materials. See Lesson Plans.
  • Report Cards -- Generate PDF report cards per student per term. See Report Cards.
  • Terms & Subjects -- Define academic terms and subject areas. See Terms & Subjects.
  • Scripture Memorization -- Track Hifz (Quran memorization) progress. See Scripture Memorization.

Enabling the School Module

The School module is available on the Growth plan and above. To enable it:

  1. Go to Settings > Features.
  2. Toggle School to enabled.
  3. The School section appears in your sidebar navigation.

Getting Started with School

  1. Set up terms -- Define your academic terms (semesters, quarters, trimesters). See Terms & Subjects.
  2. Create subjects -- Add the subjects your school teaches.
  3. Create classes -- Set up classes with a subject, teacher, and schedule.
  4. Enroll students -- Add students to their classes.
  5. Start teaching -- Create lesson plans and assignments.

Who Uses the School Module

  • Admins configure terms, subjects, and classes
  • Teachers manage their class assignments, grades, and lesson plans
  • Students/Parents can view grades and report cards
