Subscription & Billing

Manage your FaithAdmin plan, view billing history, and purchase addons from the Subscription & Billing page.

Plan Tiers​

FaithAdmin offers three plans. See Choosing Your Plan for a detailed comparison.

Viewing Your Current Plan​

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription & Billing.
  2. Your current plan, member count, and billing status are displayed at the top.

Upgrading Your Plan​

  1. On the Subscription & Billing page, click Upgrade.
  2. Select the plan you want to move to.
  3. Complete payment through Paddle (FaithAdmin's payment processor).
  4. Your plan upgrades immediately and new features become available.

Member Limits​

Each plan has a maximum member count. When you approach the limit:

  • A warning appears on the dashboard
  • You can either upgrade to the next plan tier or purchase the Additional Users addon

Additional Users Addon​

If you need more members without upgrading to the next tier:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription & Billing.
  2. Find the Additional Users addon.
  3. Select the number of additional member slots you need.
  4. Complete the purchase.
  5. Your member limit increases immediately.

Billing via Paddle​

FaithAdmin uses Paddle as its payment processor for subscriptions:

  • Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, and sales tax
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal
  • Invoices are available in your Paddle customer portal
  • Paddle manages subscription renewals automatically

Cancellation​

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription & Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Your plan downgrades to Free at the end of the current billing period.
  4. Data beyond the Free tier limits is preserved but read-only until you re-subscribe.
