FaithAdmin offers three plan tiers designed to grow with your organization. Every plan includes core people management, events, attendance, and groups.

Plan Tiers

Free (Starter)

  • Up to 50 members
  • People management, families, groups

  • Basic giving (manual entry)

Growth

  • Up to 1,000 members
  • 14-day free trial with full access
  • Everything in Free, plus:
  • Financial tools -- payment gateways, pledges, fundraisers, giving statements, tax receipts, fund accounting
  • School module -- classes, grades, assignments, report cards
  • AI Insights -- engagement scoring, churn detection, AI-powered analysis
  • Workflows and automations
  • Volunteer scheduling
  • Background checks

Ministry

  • Up to 10,000 members
  • Everything in Growth, plus:
  • Multinational support -- multiple currencies, multi-site management
  • Priority support
  • Advanced reporting and exports

Additional Members Addon

If your organization exceeds the member limit for your plan, you can purchase an Additional Members addon in blocks rather than upgrading to the next tier. This is managed through Settings > Subscription & Billing.

How to Choose or Change Your Plan

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription & Billing.
  2. Compare the plan features side by side.
  3. Select Upgrade on your chosen plan.
  4. Payment is processed through Paddle. See Subscription & Billing for details.
