Attendance Reports
Attendance reports help you understand participation trends across your services and events, identify growth patterns, and follow up with disengaged members.
Monthly Trends
The attendance trend chart shows:
- Total attendance by month -- How many people attended each month
- Trend line -- Is attendance growing, declining, or flat?
- Service breakdown -- Compare attendance across different services (e.g., morning vs. evening)
Unique Members
The unique members metric answers: "How many distinct people attended at least once in this period?"
- This is different from total attendance (which counts repeat visits)
- Helps you understand the actual reach of your services
- Compare unique members month-over-month to track congregation growth
Top Attendees
See which members attend most frequently:
- Ranked by attendance count over a selected period
- Useful for identifying your most engaged members
- These members are often good candidates for volunteer roles or leadership positions
Key Metrics
| Metric | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Average Weekly Attendance | Typical Sunday/service attendance |
| Peak Attendance | Highest attendance day in the period |
| Attendance Rate | Average individual attendance rate across all members |
| First-Time Visitors | New faces in a given period |

تلميح
Track attendance for at least three months before drawing conclusions from trends. Short-term fluctuations are normal.
