Membership Reports
Membership reports give you a high-level view of your congregation's size, growth, and engagement over time.
Growth Chart
The membership growth chart tracks:
- Total members over time -- A running count of profiles in your system
- New members per month -- How many people joined each month
- Net growth -- New members minus those who became inactive
This helps you see whether your community is growing, stable, or shrinking.
Active vs. Inactive
FaithAdmin tracks member status automatically:
- Active -- Members who have attended or engaged recently
- Inactive -- Members who have not attended or engaged for a defined period
- Visitor -- People who have visited but not become members
The report shows:
- Current count of active, inactive, and visitor profiles
- Trend of active vs. inactive over time
- List of members who recently became inactive
Engagement Rate
The engagement rate measures what percentage of your members are actively participating:
- Formula: (Members who attended at least once in the past 30 days) / (Total active members) x 100
- A healthy engagement rate varies by organization size, but trending upward is always positive
- Compare month-over-month to spot changes
Demographic Breakdown
View your membership composition by:
- Age groups
- Gender
- Membership type
- Join date (how long people have been members)
